Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Concierge Manager to oversee a team of concierges, ensuring top‑tier service for residents, tenants, and property management teams.

As a Concierge Manager, you will lead and support a team of full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call concierges. Your role is critical in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring smooth operations, and providing hands‑on support when needed. You will coach and mentor team members, assist with resolving property‑related issues, and oversee the day‑to‑day responsibilities of the concierge team to ensure a seamless resident and guest experience.

Supervise and manage a team of concierges, ensuring top‑notch customer service.

Train, mentor, and develop staff, providing ongoing coaching and support.

Assist concierges in resolving resident and tenant concerns.

Act as a concierge when needed, including logging packages, answering calls, and assisting residents and property management.

Ensure proper shift coverage, create monthly staff schedules, and facilitate team meetings.

Monitor and enforce concierge policies and procedures.

Keep training up to date for both new and existing team members.

Communicate policy and procedure changes to the team.

Respond promptly to property management requests and ensure timely issue resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.

Skills & Qualities

Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.

Ability to interact professionally with high‑profile residents, tenants, and clients.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to service.

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with BuildingLink, KeyTrack, or similar property‑management software is a plus.

Multilingual skills are a plus.

Passion for Service: Accountability: Taking responsibility for actions and performance.

Residential building environment.

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and computer use.

Concierges must wear a Black Suit, White Collared/Button‑up shirt, conservative necktie, and dress shoes.
