Customer Service Officers

At Feldman Automotive & Mark Wahlberg Automotive, we are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. • Listen actively to customer concerns and needs
• Schedule appointments and manage service requests
• Advise customers on recommended service and repair options
• Prepare service orders and ensure accurate billing
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized service area

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• 2+ years of Service Advisor experienced preferred
• Previous experience in a service or hospitality role preferred
