Clinical Nurse Coordinator

In this pivotal frontline leadership role, you will orchestrate daily operations across 11 state-of-the-art surgical suites equipped with advanced robotic technology and cutting-edge cardiac instrumentation. Serving a certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and a designated Level III Trauma Center, you will coordinate complex, high-acuity workflows, mentor staff, and champion clinical safety. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

Delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing all daily functions and operations within the department during the designated shift.

Directs, evaluates, and monitors nursing care in collaboration with the management team to ensure strict adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

Serves as a vital resource person for the clinical team, modeling organizational values to support departmental performance and an unparalleled patient experience.

Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
• 1 year of clinical Operating Room experience as a licensed RN in a hospital required.
