Night Shift - Emergency Department (ER) RN

Join a dynamic emergency nursing team providing high-quality, complex patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include

Performing comprehensive patient assessments and triaging to prioritize urgent care needs.

Developing individualized care plans, implementing interventions, and educating patients and families.

Monitoring patient progress and evaluating outcomes to ensure optimal recovery.

Communicating effectively across teams and demonstrating leadership in practice settings.

Applying evidence-based practices tailored to patients' age and clinical needs.

Maintaining safety standards and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with licensure.

Minimum of one year of RN experience.

Current licensure and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and specialty courses like PALS, ENPC, or NRP, depending on state requirements.

Skills And Physical Requirements

Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership abilities.

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks frequently.

Proficient in vision, hearing, and sensory perception for patient safety.

Night shift (7p-7a)
