Assembly Welder -- Full-Time

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Welder .
Position Type: Full Time Contract
Responsible for planning, laying out, and fabricating complex production and experimental metal parts and assemblies using a wide range of tools and processes.
This role interprets blueprints and work instructions, performs inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances, and troubleshoots issues within established procedures.
The position works under limited supervision, collaborates with teams across departments, and may serve as a resource to others.

Plans work and layout, sets up and fabricates a wide variety of intricate, experimental and/or production sheet metal parts and final assemblies from raw material.
Includes shears, brakes, drills, sanders, degreasing baths, spray painting, silk screening, non-conformance, and manual mills and lathes, mig, tig and spot welding and other hand tools and equipment.
Checks and inspects operations against specified tolerances.
Work may be structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
Works under limited supervision.
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
