Nursing - Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care

Advocate Health

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse to participate in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while engaging patients and families throughout the continuum of care.

The nurse monitors conditions, adjusts care plans, communicates with the care team, and upholds a culture of safety. 1 year of clinical experience is typically required, with BSN preferred and BLS certification
