Products include equity offerings, fixed-income securities, and municipal bonds. The primary responsibility is to support the Manager of Syndicate Distribution in all aspects of the function, including deal setup and execution, field support, correspondence and communications, distribution analysis, and the maintenance of documentation and media.Candidates should have a strong understanding of global financial markets, including fixed income, equities, and structured products. ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the marketing, distribution, and execution of equity and fixed-income offerings, excluding municipal securities, for MSWM’s retail network of financial advisors.Support product offerings including equities, preferred securities, corporate bonds, closed-end funds, and medium-term notes, among others.Perform project management and business optimization; and support compliance, risk, and regulatory management.Contribute to the development and enhancement of product-line distribution.Understanding of the financial services industry and global capital markets.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to review companies and offerings for retail distribution.At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
