Insurance Sales Representative

Full-Time | Own Your Schedule, Control Your Income | Commission-Based | High Earning Potential

LH Insurance are seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions.

This is a commission-based, performance-driven sales opportunity ideal for individuals who excel in relationship-building, enjoy consultative selling, and are driven by uncapped income potential . Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance and results.

Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach

Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals

Present and recommend appropriate insurance products

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews

Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Drive the sales process from prospecting through closing

Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales

Willingness to obtain an insurance license

Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
