Tarvos Talent is working with a rapidly growing, operations-focused organization in the Pearland area that is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team. This is a highly visible role supporting organizational growth, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in employee relations, people leadership, and hands-on HR management, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.

Lead and support core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration

Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and organizational development

Oversee HR operations, including benefits administration, reporting, and HR process improvements

Manage and develop a small HR team while collaborating cross-functionally with safety, payroll, and operations

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

7+ years of progressive HR experience

Prior people management experience with direct reports

Strong employee relations background and ability to navigate complex situations

Experience working in both structured organizations and more hands-on, growth-oriented environments

High-impact HR leadership role with strong visibility to executive leadership
