Description We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated team in a long-term care facility. In this role, you'll support the Occupational Therapist (OTR) in delivering high-quality therapy services aimed at improving residents’ independence, mobility, and quality of life.

They understand the needs and goals of the residents and families they serve. Required Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).

Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance residents’ physical, emotional, and cognitive functioning.

Provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions, including exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive equipment use.

Document residents’ progress and communicate updates to the care team to ensure continuity of care.

Promote a safe and supportive environment while fostering meaningful relationships with residents.
