A leading manufacturing company in Carlsbad is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity where you'll play a key role in optimizing inventory accuracy and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, have strong analytical skills, and experience managing inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records
Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to maintain optimal stock levels
Prepare inventory reports and provide insights to management
Assist with inventory audits and compliance documentation
Identify process improvements to enhance inventory control and efficiency
Support general administrative tasks related to inventory management

Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
2+ years of experience in inventory analysis or related role
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
