Head of Operations & Business Management

A rapidly growing service organization is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee field operations in Baltimore, MD. This person will play a critical role in supporting field leaders, ensuring operational consistency, managing business performance, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
Analyze business metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Manage market-level financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, compliance, and team performance
Oversee fleet, equipment, and inventory management within the market
Champion operational excellence initiatives and lead special projects that support business growth
5-7+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, field services, facilities management, or a related industry
Experience managing budgets, reporting, and operational performance metrics
Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical capabilities
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the market
Quarterly bonus opportunity
Vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement
This is a field-based leadership position requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strategic decision-making with hands-on operational support and is willing to adapt to changing business needs.
