Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a float pool ICU position requiring Epic experience and the ability to float across multiple critical care and intermediate care units.
Details

• Float pool position covering multiple ICU and intermediate care units, including Medical ICU, Thoracic Cardiovascular ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Surgical Trauma ICU (Level 1), Neuro & Neurosurgery ICU, Critical Care and Intermediate Care Special Pathogens Unit, Thoracic Cardiovascular Intermediate Unit, Surgical Trauma Intermediate Unit, Neuro & Neurosurgery Intermediate Unit, and ED Boarders
• Night shift schedule: 7p–7a (3x12-hour shifts)
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements
Active VA or Compact RN license required; pending VA license will be accepted
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience across critical care and intermediate care settings required to meet float pool demands
Epic EMR experience required
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
Additional Information
Candidates must adhere to the facility's float policy and may be floated across units consistent with their clinical experience
Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed
Up to 40 hours of RTO may be approved per 13-week contract; no RTO will be approved during the first two weeks of the assignment
No radius rule — local candidates are welcome to apply
Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must allow 12 months to pass before returning as a traveler
