As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Health Source Group, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care across diverse settings. Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: RN will assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with diagnostic tests, and respond to changes in patient needs.
Craft and Implement Care Plans: RN will develop and adjust personalized care plans in collaboration with our dedicated healthcare teams.
Registered Nurse will educate patients and their families about disease prevention, treatment options, and post-care.
Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed, accurate records of nursing observations and care provided, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
Registered Nurse will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care outcomes.
Participate in Quality Improvement: RN will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and adhering to established nursing standards.
Respond to Emergencies: RN will be prepared to provide CPR and emergency treatments when needed.
Registered Nurse will support patients' rights and provide compassionate emotional support.
Graduates of an accredited nursing program with a current NY LPN license.
Up-to-date medical documentation (Physical, Titers, QuantiFERON) or willingness to update.
Competitive Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour.
