WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00 hourly

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate for our Springfield, MA branch, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.” Our warehouse associates are sharp, organized, and friendly administrative professionals who work with our sales, technical, and accounting staff to help CTI meet our goal of providing a fantastic customer experience. Responsibilities Work with sales and office staff as directed

Inventory management (shipping/receiving/storing)

Order entry

General warehouse duties

Interaction with high‑level clients & executives, handling special requests as needed

These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a Warehouse Associate, as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employees’ strengths.

You can work independently with minimal guidance (but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help!).

Prefer at least 1‑2 years in a retail or warehouse environment

Customer service experience
