Production Machinist (Manufacturing)

Machinist
The Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating both manual and CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality parts. Ensures accuracy through inspections and adherence to specifications while meeting production timelines. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support overall manufacturing operations and maintain efficient shop performance.
What you'll do

Ability to set up all shop equipment including the Manual Milling, Lathe and Handscrew machines.
Will set up and maintain operation of CNC Millers and Lathes, including tool offsets and editing of CNC programs.
Responsible for part quality, dimensional inspections and meeting time standards.
What we are looking for in you

• Read and write English and follow written/verbal instructions
• Perform basic math
• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proficient with all shop measuring tools, and is able to read and understand part drawing.
• High School or Technical School graduate.
• 10–15 years Machine Shop experience.

Setting up and operate all manual and automated equipment within the Machine Shop.

Targeted Salary Range: $30 - $35/hour
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
