Position: Member Services Rep (Floater)
FLSA Status: Hourly Non - Exempt
Day and Evening MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search. Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within time frames required by company and maintain physical ability to perform CPR/AED in the event of a medical emergency.
This position requires employee to work on-site
Must commit to minimum of 16 hours per month. We are searching for a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team! As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience! BILINGUAL English/Spanish are encouraged to apply!
The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first point of contact for members and guests. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling membership inquiries and transactions, and helping to maintain a clean, comfortable, and friendly “Judgement Free Zone®” environment. This role is key to ensuring a positive member experience through friendly and professional interactions, prompt support, and a strong understanding of club culture, policies and procedures.
Customer Service

• Create a positive club experience by providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.

Sales & Membership Support
· Meet or exceed membership and customer service goals.
Front Desk Operations

• Answer phones professionally and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club by performing assigned cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms, locker rooms, and workout areas.
• Regularly walk the floor to ensure the club remains clean, organized, and safe.
• Must be 18 year of age or older
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety standards

The candidate must be able to perform CPR and operate equipment as needed, to operate assigned equipment and vehicles; and to verbally communicate in person or on the phone to exchange information.
