Full-Time General Assignment Reporter (Location: Livingston, MT, US)

Salary Range: $17.00 to $20.00 Annually

Overview
The Livingston Enterprise is seeking a full‑time general assignment reporter to provide coverage for its print edition, digital platforms, and social media channels. The reporter’s primary focus will be covering a variety of events in Livingston, Montana, and the surrounding communities, including Gardiner and Big Timber, and reporting directly to the editor of the Livingston newspaper.

Responsibilities

Cover a variety of events in Livingston and surrounding communities (e.g., Gardiner, Big Timber).

Report to the editor of the Livingston newspaper.

Qualifications

Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with digital platforms and social media strategy.

Community engagement experience—both in person and on social networks—as a professional ambassador for the news organization.
