What You'll Do as Our Estimator

Prepare accurate, timely roofing estimates for commercial and industrial projects
Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify scope, risks, and solutions
Manage multiple estimates and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Collaborate with sales, project managers, and operations to ensure smooth project handoff
Solve problems proactively and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
What We're Looking For in an Estimator

Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-first mindset
Takes genuine pride in quality, accuracy, and professionalism
Roofing or construction estimating experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
