Machine Minder (2nd Shift)
$20 - $25 per hourManpower
Our client, Industrial is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. Job Title: Machine Operator
Mechanical aptitude and 6 months mechanical experience
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available
Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery to build and assemble products per work instructions
Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and report complex issues to maintenance
Maintain product quality by following visual, dimensional, and documentation standards.
Complete required computer transactions (LOTS, scrap, Oracle, kanban, etc.) Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use, equipment safety, lockout/tagout, and proper waste handling—some materials may be hazardous
Record and maintain quality and traceability information
Follow safety policies, including PPE usage and equipment safety protocols
High School diploma or GED or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude and 6 months mechanical experience , including ability to recognize and resolve minor equipment issue
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
must have machine operator experience (needed)
