3rd shift Restaurant Server
Public School Restaurant and Bar
Headquartered in Palm Desert, CA, Daily Grill Concepts is a national restaurant company with 5 restaurants in two states. The Company boasts 2 different, yet complimentary brands, spanning the spectrum from Casual Daily Grill to the hip and trendy Public School Gastro Pubs.
We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality focused team members to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
Providing hospitality focused service, with an emphasis on guests have a great experience
Problem solving and following the "LAST" (listen, apologize, solve, thank) mind set to handle guest concerns
Following all health and safety protocols, and being "health department ready" at all times
Completing sidework and running side work throughout the shift to set the team up for success
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with fellow team members, with a heavy teamwork focus.
Enhance the guest experience by providing elevated service including a menu tour, upselling beverages, appetizers, and dessert
Practice proper table maintenance and work with a sense of urgency
Gain a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
Job Requirements:
Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays
Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience
Positive and Professional Attitude
Strong multi-tasking ability, with the ability to work well under pressure
Must be at least 18 years old
Must present a Food Handlers card and Responsible Alcohol Certification within 30 days of hire
Must be able to walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist for 4-12 hours/day
Must be able to push, pull, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
