SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Work directly with developmentally disable adult residents to ensure that their needs are met.

Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care.

Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in patient's care plan.

Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations.

Work with medical team, patient, and his or her family, and visitors to ensure the atmosphere is pleasant and positive.

Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including personal care tasks such as eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, managing continence, and transferring

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Active Massachusetts License Practical Nurse (LPN) License and must have CPR certification
