The Role: As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines helping customers find the perfect phone, plan and accessories. Sell Cricket Wireless, plans, phones, and accessories “The Best Value in Wireless.”
Hit and beat sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add-ons, retention and autopay.
Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to goodbye.
Help customers understand Cricket products, features, and services.
Join in local marketing and community events to promote the brand.
At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. Attendance at off-site events during and after business hours required.
Bilingual: Spanish speaking is a huge plus.
You must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
Ability to use reliable personal transportation to make daily bank runs to submit deposits as needed.
