Remote (Florida Residents Only) | Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Fully remote work environment for Florida-based employees
Exposure to a variety of residential and real estate transactions
As a Title Examiner, you will review title records, analyze chains of title, and prepare accurate title products that support the real estate closing process.
Reviewing and interpreting chains of title and property records
Verifying property, ownership, and tax information for completeness and accuracy
Reviewing legal descriptions, maps, plats, and supporting documentation
Supporting title search operations and workflow as needed
Collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders to support exceptional customer service
Knowledge of legal descriptions, real property records, and real estate documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Knowledge of Florida real estate and title practices
Experience with title plants and property information databases
Familiarity with mapped-property searches and direct starter-based examinations
Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality results
Has a strong understanding of title examination and real property records
Works well independently in a remote environment
