Employed Physician:

• Monthly salary of $32,175, equivalent to $275/hour, based on 13 shifts per month
• $5,000 sign on bonus
• Annual CME allowance of $2,000
• Medical benefits package

• Paid Time Off: 1 hour accrued for every 24 hours worked

Independent Contractor:

• $290/hour
