Responsibilities Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their auto parts inquiries and needs, whether in person, over the phone, or through online ordering.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all store customers leave satisfied and with the right parts for their vehicles.

Maintain a clean and refreshed sales floor and stockroom, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Work closely with various suppliers to find the best solutions for our customers\' automotive requirements.

Handle the check-in of freight and put away parts efficiently.

Prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage core, defective, and new product returns from customers professionally and efficiently.

Effectively communicate product features and warranty policy information.

Qualifications Automotive parts knowledge is required
