Senior Tax Associate

With offices throughout the United States, we are seeking an energetic tax professional to support our growing practice. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, exceptional leadership qualities and at least three years' public accounting experience. The candidate will report to the firm’s Managers and Partners and will work directly with clients to provide tax preparation and consulting services. Candidates will be required to prepare workpapers, research complex tax issues and communicate effectively to clients. Prosperity Partners provides a dynamic work environment, significant growth opportunities and the ability to work directly with company leaders. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, employees are expected to be in the office three days per week.

Accounting Degree from an accredited four-year university;

CPA designation or has made progress toward passing the exam;

3+ years’ experience in a tax-focused position;

Proven understanding of complex accounting entries;

Experience preparing tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations, and Trusts;

Success in prior work experience with the ability to self-manage, prioritize assignments and interface with clients;

Self-motivated to seek new projects;

Availability to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
