Clinical Service Specialist

Out of the Box Physical Therapy is looking for a Clinical Service Specialist to become the face and voice of our practice. This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate or young professional who is highly personable, organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
We are a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic that prides itself on delivering exceptional patient experiences through one-on-one care. Be the first point of contact for patients in person, by phone, text, and email
Collect copays and assist patients with billing questions
Communicate with our billing company to ensure accurate and efficient claims management
Maintain organization of patient records and administrative systems
Assist with social media content collection, posting, and engagement
Support community outreach and relationship-building efforts
Help identify opportunities to improve clinic operations and patient experience
We are looking for someone to join our team Full Time or Part Time depending on needs.
Strong with technology and computer systems
Bachelor's degree preferred (or graduating soon)
Customer service, hospitality, sales, healthcare, fitness, or administrative experience is a plus
Proficiency with computers, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
Experience with healthcare administration is helpful but not required—we can teach the right person
You'll play a key role in helping athletes and active individuals get back to doing what they love.
