WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

As a Warehouse Specialist , you are essential to maintaining safety, quality, and productivity on the floor. In this role, you will help guide daily floor work, provide hands-on troubleshooting, and serve as the subject matter expert on our OPEX automation system.

Floor Work Direction: Assist in the allocation of tasks to warehouse staff. Develop in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and material handling.

Mentorship: Provide system and process guidance and training to stakeholders and peers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing to ensure seamless integration of warehouse processes and tools.

Partner with cross functional teams to continuously assess and update training and standard operating materials to reflect best practices and industry standards.

Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures. To perform this job successfully, the Warehouse Specialist must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Basic proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Tools.

Experience in warehouse operations.

Experience with or willingness to learn the use of material handling equipment a plus.
