Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, ANCC) or equivalent
