Ellie is looking for a remote clinical therapy manager who will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and will thrive in a culture that emphasizes: autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. Opportunities are available for individual, family, couples, and group therapy services. The remote therapist will be responsible for performing clinical activities such as assessments and therapeutic services as directed by the treatment plan and/or identified client need(s). Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans/reviews, and complete clinical documentation according to company policy.
Deliver excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients accomplish therapeutic goals.
Collaborate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and applicable site staff as needed.
Communicate and work with clients/other staff in a manner that demonstrates knowledge of cultural diversities.
Comply with Ellie Mental Health policies and procedures, accrediting/regulatory bodies, and performance contract documentation requirements.
Active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD FL and CA licenses.
Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred but not required.
Must maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License and be insurable under Ellie Mental Health policy.
Strong diagnostic skills, the ability to incorporate client history, symptoms, environmental and related issues to formulate proper diagnosis and treatment.
Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approach to mental health.
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing.
