Waldorf Dental Group, a high-production, patient-focused practice, is seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. Our office is part of the Underbite Dental Management Group, a unique, people-first dental support organization that owns, operates, and provides services to practices across New York City, Connecticut, and Maryland. We prioritize patient-centered care, advanced technology, and specialized expertise to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM) & Friday 7:45 AM- 2:30 PM. Hourly Rate: Starting at $25 per hour, based on experience

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless patient experiences, clinical efficiency, and optimal dental care.
At least two years as a Dental Assistant.
Experience in 4-handed dentistry.
Proficiency in digital X-rays and Itero scanning (preferred).
Skilled in taking impressions and temporary crown preparation.
Team-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to collaborate with staff and contribute to a positive office culture.
Passion for educating patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-op care.
Assist the Dentist During Procedures: Provide 4-handed chairside assistance to ensure efficiency and quality care.
Sterilize & Maintain Equipment: Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean workspace.
Perform digital imaging and X-ray processing.
Manage Clinical Supplies: Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and organized for seamless operations.
Support Patient Education: Help patients understand their treatment plans, post-op care, and oral hygiene best practices.
