Growth Opportunity for Litigation Attorney

Our client, a prominent national plaintiff’s law firm, seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent growth opportunity for an attorney interested in being part of a busy trial-oriented firm devoted to strong client advocacy.
This position is on-site in Louisville.

Manage a docket of litigation matters from filing through resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to drive case development

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a personal injury practice on either the plaintiff or defense side. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong writing and research skills.
