A Day in the Life**The **Loan Processor** is responsible for managing a full loan pipeline from initial review through submission to Underwriting, ensuring all documentation meets investor and regulatory guidelines. This role requires effective and timely communication with internal partners and external stakeholders, proactive pipeline management, and accurate maintenance of loan data within the document management system. The Loan Processor collaborates closely with the Loan Processing Manager to prioritize workflow, stay current on loan program requirements, and consistently meet monthly funding goals while maintaining quality, compliance, and service-level expectations.
