This includes analyzing project requirements, conducting site visits, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive estimates. Strong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and codes
Experience in estimating and bidding for masonry projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools
Knowledge of local building regulations and permit processes
Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
