Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a high-quality healthcare facility.
Responsibilities: Provide daily resident care within the LPN scope of practice, ensuring safety and quality of care.
Administer treatments and medications, observing and documenting resident responses.
Collaborate with the care team to update care plans and communicate pertinent findings.
Monitor vital signs and oversee CNA activities, organizing and evaluating care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an approved nursing program and licensed in good standing in New York.
Dedicated to compassionate, clinically sound care and creating a positive environment.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and harmoniously with staff.
COVID-19 vaccination encouraged but not mandatory.
Key Duties: Support leadership, respond to resident needs, perform treatments, update care plans, and monitor resident health.
