Head of Programme Management

Program ManagerWe are looking for a seasoned Program Manager that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! You will be working with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders in delivering outcomes.What you'll get to do:Develop and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and plans.Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partnersManage program budget, resources including direct reports, and vendor relationshipsOversee project planning, discovery, system design, configuration, testing, and deploymentEnsure data integrity, security, and complianceCollaborate with business leaders to help identify and prioritize requirementsDevelop and implement change management plansMonitor and report on program progress, risks, and benefits realizationWho you are:5+ years of experience in program managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g. Jira, ADO)Familiarity or experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe, XP Programming, etc.In-depth understanding of Agile principles and how they apply in workplace cultureStrong facilitation and coaching skills within teams and groupsBusiness acumen and understanding of organizational operationsExperience resolving issues across programsRelevant certification in the Scrum/Agile field is preferredOur investment in you:At Vuori, we're proud to offer the following to our employees:Health InsuranceSavings and Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramGenerous Vuori Discount & Industry PerksPaid Time OffWellness & Fitness benefitsThe salary range for this role is $127,000 per year - $163,000 per year.
