About Finesse Auto – Seattle, WA
Finesse Auto has been serving Seattle since 2014 with a 10-bay European service facility. We specialize in European vehicles and pride ourselves on professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality repairs. We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Writer to join our team and ensure vehicles are repaired right the first time.

- Modern shop equipment and diagnostic tools
- Work with expert technicians who take pride in detailed inspections and quality repairs
Speed of service is a priority – get cars done efficiently and returned to customers promptly
Strong marketing support drives customer traffic: Google Ads, mailers, and more
Experienced service writers/automotive service advisors
Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
Consult with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide accurate service recommendations
Communicate updates and additional service needs clearly to customers
Maintain thorough service records
Uphold excellent customer service standards
3+ years of automotive customer service experience
