Our idealcandidate will help to achieve our mission to bring expertly crafted baked andbrewed goods to our guests through a warm and welcoming bakery café experiencethat delivers joy to everyone.

Responsiblefor frying donuts, placing toppings, and decorating on needed pastries andbread
Carryingout operations and productions that takes place in the kitchen
Preparingall needed materials and ingredients
Responsiblefor scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries
Sanitizationprocedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchen
Generalknowledge of production methods and organization of bread production
Must beable to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily baking
Receive,stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in anorganized manner
Informsupervisors when equipment is not working properly and manage when foodsupplies are getting low
Completevarious reports for records such as production, usage, and waste
Knowledgeon food producing process, sanitization, quality program
Knowledgeon food producing technique, food microbiology, and food sanitary safetypractice/procedure
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Foodsafety, food labeling, nutrition related knowledge (include FDA)
