We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder proficient in joining both carbon steel and aluminum components. You will read technical blueprints, prep materials, set up GMAW equipment according to metal thickness, and perform high-quality production and structural welds. Execute clean, strong MIG welds on carbon steel and aluminum assemblies using solid wire and spool gun/push-pull setups.
Cut, grind, clean, and fit steel and aluminum parts according to engineering specifications and tolerance limits.
Interpret welding symbols, technical drawings, and work orders to guide proper joint design and layout.
Maintain gas flow rates, select proper wire drives/contact tips, perform routine wire changes, and troubleshoot minor feeder issues.
Strictly adhere to PPE requirements, proper ventilation practices for aluminum fumes, and workshop safety protocols.

shift: No Degree Required
