Travel Surgery / Telemetry Registered Nurse - RN

Role Travel Med Surg/Tele RN responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.

Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, prepare patients for procedures, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, ensure infection control, advocate for patients, facilitate discharge planning, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification, critical thinking, excellent communication, physical and technical abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple patients and tasks effectively.

Key Duties Explain procedures, monitor and document patient status, assist with treatments, promote a safe environment, and follow regulatory and infection control protocols. Provide compassionate, professional care while working efficiently within a team.
