Senior Recruiter - Immediate

Immediate need for a talented Senior Corporate Recruiter . This is a 03+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Denver, CO(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective employees for employment for senior management and below positions based on qualification match and cultural fit.
Work with resources such as tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.
Ensure progressive diversity and inclusion within the recruitment and selection process.
Meet or exceed benchmark satisfaction scores as well as operational and performance goals.
Advise stakeholders on the recruiting environment that influences how we assess and select talent.
Drive the recruiting process through technology, time management and organization.
5+ Years of Full-Cycle Corporate Recruiting Experience
Strong Stakeholder Partnership & Consulting Skills
A minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
Experience in corporate recruiting with some experience in technology a plus.
Proof of relationship-building and ability to quickly establish credibility with leadership at different levels of the organization.
Demonstrated deep recruiting and hiring process expertise.
