Warehouse Coordinator
Must Have Forklift Experience
A Warehouse Coordinator at Ziegenfelder is responsible for the following:
Must have forklift experience.
Receiving Raw Materials

Inspect incoming trucks and follow established SOPs for receiving and storage
Accurately receive materials into the WMS system
Ensure all raw materials are properly labeled
Verify all receiving paperwork is complete, signed, and matches delivered materials; Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule and manage incoming deliveries
Inventory Management (Warehouse & Systems)

Maintain appropriate par levels within the warehouse
Ensure accuracy of inventory by updating and maintaining WMS and inventory worksheets
Support end-of-month (EOM) inventory processes
Move raw materials from the warehouse to production daily, as needed, to support operations
Communication & Operations Support

Communicate daily activities and updates to the Freezer Manager, freezer staff, purchasing, and operations teams
Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery scheduling
Provide support across warehouse, freezer, and shipping functions as needed.
