TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Winchester, Massachusetts, 01890!

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Telemetry)
Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting on night shifts
Float across applicable units as assigned to meet facility staffing needs
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry setting
Previous travel nursing experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Ability to float to multiple units as needed
Locals are welcome to apply
Experience in a fast-paced acute care or hospital environment
Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
Flexibility with scheduling, including limited time-off requests during the contract period
Short-term contract opportunity with an expected schedule of 72 hours biweekly, providing consistent hours throughout the assignment
