Front Desk Receptionist: Monday - Friday
Cottingham & Butler
We are seeking a friendly and highly organized Receptionist to support our front desk operations while also playing an active role in assisting our leadership team. Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, managing incoming communication, and creating a welcoming office experience.
Serve as a professional, friendly point of contact for both internal team members and external partners.
Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including document preparation, correspondence, and task tracking.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for executive meetings and events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
~ 1-2 years office experience preferred but not required.
The standard schedule is in office, Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.
