The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel with a focus on toxic tort and product liability defense. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead on toxic tort defense matters, managing all aspects of the litigation process including discovery, motions, depositions, and expert work, and preparing cases for trial. The position requires the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and the candidate must be admitted to the California Bar and reside in the state.
