Documents communications, actions and other data in systems. Gathers pertinent information in regards to patient insurance coverage to confirm the patient's financial obligations for services. Explains policies and procedures and answers routine questions. Follows all established policies and procedures to ensure patient confidentiality, data security and compliance with regulations. Basic computer skills
Education Required: High School Graduate or Equivalent GED Experience
Required: 1 year of customer service
