Part Time Weekend Server for day shifts

AM Restaurant Server

Hiring for an AM Restaurant Server position, scheduled Friday through Sunday from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Aurora, Colorado. $14.58 per hour, plus tips. This is a fixed position with a consistent set schedule. Prior server or bartender experience is required, as this role involves working independently.

Pay Range: $14.58/hr + tips

Job Summary: The AM Restaurant Server provides food and beverage service to guests during breakfast and morning hours, following hotel standards. This role involves taking and delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point-of-sale system.

Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.

Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times.

Perform side work and any other duties as designated by the supervisor.

Maintain regular attendance and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods.

Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, complying with the dress code.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred.

Work Environment:

Requires standing and walking for extended periods during shifts.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Primarily indoor work with moderate noise levels typical of a restaurant environment.

Must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
