Manufacturing Electrician (First Shift)

We are currently seeking an Industrial Electrician for our Dalton, GA facility. This position will be on 1st shift which will be 8:00AM-6:30PM, Monday through Thursday. Pay rate is $32.00 per hour and up depending on experience.

Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment such as motors, drives, PLC's and controls.
Work as a team member or alone to complete projects.
Perform general electrical maintenance.
Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
Completion of High School Diploma or GED
Five years of maintenance experience is required
Technical school or apprenticeship in a skilled trade is preferred
Welding experience preferred
Performing work requiring extensive knowledge of motor controls, troubleshooting, electrical schematics, and blueprints, including electronic theory and principles.
Working knowledge of three phase motors, programmable logic controls, motor controls circuits, computer interfaces, frequency drives, and National Electrical Code. Must be able to read and create electrical ladder schematics and trouble shoot industrial controls.
Proficient at replacing and installing electrical components such as heaters, relays, switches, motors, circuit breakers, power wiring, conduit, and sensors.
Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, heat, and mechanical equipment.
This position may require overtime, shift work, or on-call availability based on operational needs.
