Nursing - Travel Telemetry RN

Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry
Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit in Tyler, TX. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, monitor cardiac conditions, and support patients through a variety of medical and post-surgical needs in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Unit Details
Unit Type: Med/Surg (36 beds)
Required (to equal or lower acuity units)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (half of scheduled shifts)
Charting System: EPIC (Required)
Deliver direct patient care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies
Administer medications, including blood products and IV therapies
Perform patient assessments and document care using EPIC
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing
Strong cardiac monitoring and emergency response skills
Colostomy and feeding tube care
Tracheostomy care and oxygen therapy
Wound care and surgical drains
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum required experience in Med/Surg & Telemetry
EPIC charting experience (mandatory)
